We have the same problem.
Many items not appearing on our sold list on vendio.
Please check.
Items are taking a long time to appear.
Vendio current active is 830 Lots.
Ebay Current Active 820 Lots.
I clicked on each page number in your Sales Manager active section, which dropped any missing items to the closed area for you.
eBay is still working on the issue with the notifications, and as of yesterday claimed that this should be fixed sometime today. Unfortunately they also mentioned that for a lot of the items in the back log - they couldn't trigger the notices and many of them would just never be sent (which is why the refresh is needed for some listings that aren't even moving after a delay.)
