I told you of my problem,you told me problem was yours and to relist.I relisted with new launch times,they still fail.You sent the message:- "The timestamps on errors reflect system pre-processing times,which are in advanceof the actual scheduled launch times" What does this mean? I submit my ads about a day before my launch times! Please help...Ray

Hello Ray,
I checked your recently failed ads, and the specific error message that is being returned is:
"At least one valid shipping service must be specified."
The problem is with the checkout profile that you are using. Currently the only two options that eBay allows for the "Who Pays Shipping" setting are "Buyer - Actual shipping costs" and "Buyer - Fixed shipping charges". If you are trying to offer free shipping, please select "Buyer - Fixed shipping charges" and enter in "0.00" for the shipping cost. EBay will then translate this to free shipping. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after making that change.
