I got a notification from eBay about a problem with my gallery pic and followed the instructions to "try again". I went to look afterwards and I see the photo in the first spot on the page, but is not appearing in the body of the description. It is item # 380327661476 Please let me know whats going on.
The image you originally used as the eBay gallery photo on this item no longer existed in your Vendio account when this item went live. It looks like eBay sort of pulled the gallery photo from the original launched late last year (or earlier, I can't see further back) and is displaying it in the gallery location (though enlarging it in the eBay section fails to work.)
This is the same reason the image doesn't show up in the item description - the original doesn't exist in your Vendio account anymore. Based on your settings this means the image was either manually deleted, or went without being viewed for a period of 90 days (as well as an additional 2 weeks afterward when it could have been restored.)
Since it wasn't in your recycle bin I made a copy of the thumbnail eBay was pulling from their cache and reuploaded it back into your Vendio account, using the same filename, so it appears where the old image used to be.

Thanks for fixing the photo. I really didn't understand what you said very well. If the photo was missing from the body of the description, then why did it not re-appear when I uploaded it into my Vendio image gallery? I've had this happen before, and I would simply upload it and there it would be. Just like when my "Welcome" sign is automatically deleted, I go in and upload it again to Vendio and it re-appears immediately.
When you upload an image to replace the old, it has to be named exactly the same. The original in this listing was called TiggerSafari.JPG, so the image you upload to replace it would have to be named exactly the same (including the capital JPG at the end).

Hi, Chris:
Don't want to argue with you, but I've had this item exactly ONCE and taken ONE photo of it. It's the exact same photo and name as I originally uploaded when I first launched this item. So something else was wrong.
The only thing I can tell is that the listing was looking for a photo named TiggerSafari.JPG in your Vendio account (as this was the name of the original image) and it wasn't in your account - so I uploaded one and now it shows up.
If you uploaded this same image in your Vendio account there must be some tiny difference in the filename as when I searched your Vendio image hosting section for an image with just the name 'tigger' in the filename I couldn't locate this exact photo unfortunately.
It's possible that you did upload an image with this exact same filename and it just didn't get processed properly during the upload sequence.
