I had a couple of questions. Does Vendio have any plans on following eBay and charging a fee based on the entire amount including shipping? I hope your answer is HELL NO. And second question is, does Vendio give credits on items that are purchased, but are not completed due to a deadbeat bidder, a cancelled order or a return? If so, how do I ask for a refund? I hope its simple. I have to explore this area since eBay is a vulture picking the meat off the bones of their sellers. I need to re-coup as much as I can. 8-(

Thanks for the speedy reply. So that seems like a lot of work. How do I find the ref number on a particular item that may be 2 or 3 weeks old? Do I have to scroll down that long list? Do you think maybe you could make it a little easier? Why not put a link on the actual post-management form?
Oh, I also thought of another question. After eBay does not allow 3rd party check-out, you'll still be gathering the buyer info, correct? And we can still send out post-sale messages, correct? What will change, if anything, other than the buyer not getting a WBN? Can Vendio still send a WBN but just have the eBay link to check-out? I have stuff on my WBN that I still would like my buyer to know. thanks!
You should be able to locate the reference number by searching for the eBay listing number on your Vendio statement (either by searching the web page or by downloading a copy of your statement, if that is easier for you). There is not a different way to do this, unfortunately.
The only major change that you should see after moving from Vendio checkout to eBay checkout is that your buyers will no longer go through a Vendio checkout link (but rather an eBay checkout link). Your post-sale information should still be imported into the Vendio orders, and you can continue to send out post-sale emails through Vendio. You can still send out a WBN through Vendio, but it is not possible to include the eBay checkout link, unfortunately.
