I got this message from one of my customers with regards to item # 380333568406 It was a regular auction - not a buy-it-now:

"Hello! I tried to pay through your Vendio link several times but it wouldn't let me. It says the item is still open for bidding."

Could you please investigate this problem.

Hello,

If you attempt to complete the checkout the second the listing closes, there can be a delay before the system sees the item in post sale and available for checkout. We checked this item but it appears to be allowing checkout without any issues (which you can see from here.)

The WBN appears to have gone out at nearly the same time the listing closed so any window where they wouldn't have been able to complete checkout would have been very small.
