At this time, I can combine items in the Vendio sales manager and adjust shipping costs manually when needed. Going forward, will I still be able to do this and have the info interface (if this is right term) with eBay checkout for combined shpping? Or will I need to adjust combined shipping amounts manually through eBay when needed?
thanks,
Susan

Hello Susan,
I apologize for the confusion. If you need to combine the orders or adjust the shipping, this will need to be done through your eBay account, unfortunately. Please note that the changes will then automatically be reflected in your Vendio account (usually within 20 minutes).

I have never used eBay post sale tools.
Could someone give me a heads up about how to manually combine shipping through eBay?
I see by recent order that eBay is doing it automatically by adding combined weights, but I'd prefer to adjust a combined weight manually as it is usually less.
TIA

Hello Susan,
Setting your eBay preferences to allow orders to be combined will allow buyers to combine orders at the time they go through checkout. Unfortunately, it is not possible to manually combine the orders (or to force a buyer to combine listings into an order).

Thanks for the reply, Nathan.
Just keeps getting better.
So instead of being able to give an accurate calculation, as I do now with Vendio, it will be an extra step to refund overpayments through eBay's post sale "tools".
Two more ?'s:
Will I be able to use the Vendio shipping confirmation, or will eBay be taking over that option too?
Is it logical to now tailor all my checkout header and payment notices for the Vendio Store customers...I assume none of my EBay customers will see them.

Hello Susan,
You may continue to use the Vendio post-sale emails (including the shipping confirmation emails). However, it is up to you whether you do this or not. You may edit the email messages under "My Account" --> "Post Sale Management".
