eBay announced that starting in June, they would enable international sellers to list separate shipping rates for the UK, Australia and Canada. And beginning in August, international sellers would be required to list this.
Yet I don't see any platform for this in Auction Manager. Is this in the works?
If you list from the Sales Manager here in Vendio you can do this right now.
In the above screenshot, note where I have setup a specific fixed value for those locations. By default international will use whatever your ship to locations are, but if you click where it says default you can specify one location where that value will be available to be selected instead.

I'm not following you, Chris. Looking at my own screen, I see the section for various US shipping options, but I don't see the "ship to locations/ International Shipping" section that you show in your screen shot.
I currently ship worldwide, but I only post the USA shipping rates.
Would it be easier for me to use the shipping calculator for foreign postage? And would it be possible to offer a fixed rate in the USA, but a calculated rate for foreign postage?
The last check box under the options for US carriers says 'offer international shipping' - once you click this box you will see this whole section appear.
Personally I do find it way easier to just setup international shipping as calculated and then leave it on Worldwide for the destination, as since it's calculated there's no reason to specify a different option for different locations. But, if you wanted to offer fixed shipping, then breaking out the costs on a location by location basis makes more sense and id set it up like the screenshot above is showing.
