My account is posting multiple listings again and Ebay is threatening to take action. I need something that warns me if I am posting duplicate listings. I need it quick. Thanks.
Could you please let us know an example where this happened, so that we can take a look and see if we can tell why the duplicate listings were posted (unless you know how it happened already)? We do check for duplicate listings, but only on an inventory level, unfortunately. So if you try to list multiple fixed price listings from the same inventory item the second launch would fail as a duplicate. Unfortunately, it is not possible to check for duplicate/similar listings across inventory items.
Something that might help in order to double check your listings for duplicates is to sort the active listings by title. This can be done from the "All Active" section of the Control Panel by clicking on the "Title" column heading. (Which should make it easy to skim the list for any items that have the same title, as those listings would be next to each other after sorting by title.) You could also do something similar with your inventory items, in order to delete any duplicate inventory items that you do not need (which should help prevent this problem going forward).
