I need information on how to set the default for return policies. I once set it at 7 days but am trying to change to 14 days as per eBays new rule. I have searched everywhere and can find the settings for everything except the return days. Please let me know where to find this.
You may set this as a default for your future new listings by going to "My Account" --> "eBay" (below "Site Specifics" ) --> then scroll down to the bottom of the page in order to locate the "eBay Return Policy details" section, where this change can be made.
