I have a couple of ways I link on my pages and wanted to know if they're okay. I link to my other items on eBay and I occassionally link to a YouTube video. Are those okay to do?

The exact wording eBay uses for links that are accepted is as follows:
"You are only allowed to have links that specifically help the buyers transact on eBay, such as FAQs and warranty information, provided that these links do not have any items for sale or provide an opportunity to make payments. "
What you mention above sounds like it would be fine, but as are most of their rules, the final word is up to eBay. Since they haven't started enforcing it yet there are no known cases yet where something was in a gray area and still in violation.
