Hi,

Can you advise me on why sales tax might not have been charged on item 300327483145.

It has always been charged automatically for buyers in PA. My settings are properly checked off for PA tax on both eBay and Vendio.

Hello Susan,

I took a look, and I think the problem is related to the sales tax table that you are using. Currently it is set to a "Custom" sales tax table. Please try changing it to the "eBay Sales Tax Table" setting, and let us know should the problem happen again.
