I am trying to list a leather jacket but I need to fill in Item Specifics. Everything is fine until I reach the "Brand" area (and your site won't let me preview without a Brand). Your drop down list does not include my brand nor does it offer an "Other" or "Enter your own brand" option. Your list is limited to a few at the beginning that start with a number and then the rest all start with the letter A. I know for certain that there are other brands that start with different letters of the alphbet, so where are they?

Hello,
We only show the same options that eBay shows on their own listing form. They don't have an 'other' that you pick before you type in your own now, but you can still type in your own. Instead of using the drop down menu to pick from the list, just click inside that box and type whatever you want instead.
For at least 6-8 weeks now eBay has only shown those brands up to the letter A for some odd reason, which is the same they return to us in the API and the same they show when you create a brand new listing directly from their website. If yours isn't in the list just click inside the box and enter your own value instead.

Hi Chris, unfortunately, your site does not show the same options that eBay shows on their own listing form. I went to eBay last night and started to create a listing just to see if they were the same. They start out with "Homemade" and show 20+ others starting with Ann Taylor (which Vendio does not show) and end with Unbranded, then at the very bottom it shows Enter Your Own. Granted, eBay does not show every single brand but it gives a wide variety of well-known ones like Old Navy, Columbia, Gap, etc.
Vendio shows none of the above. Anyway, I did as you suggested (click inside the box and type my own) and I was able to do an eBay preview...I have it scheduled to post live tonight. Hopefully it won't error out then!!

Hello,
That's great news that they finally updated those, as it's been stuck in the list of A's for seemingly forever now. We update to match them when they announce the changes, but it's possible we need to get someone to manually update them if that fix went unannounced again.
What was the exact category this was in? We'll let the engineers know to manually update these based on the current offerings for future listings.
