The item specifics problem is still occurring. I run over 1000 auctions a week. This is costing me a lot of money. PLEASE answer and/or update the status. I tried chatting with you and calling but can not get through.
There are no specific updates available, unfortunately. While eBay has acknowledged that this is a problem on their end, and they are working on resolving it, they have not yet provided an eta.
In the meantime, you may work around the problem by removing all information from the Item Specifics section (and adding it to the Custom Item Specifics section instead). Should you continue to have trouble with this after making that change, please let us know one of the specific items that you have corrected but still has the problem, so that we can take a closer look.
