Hello,

Every time we write an ad for an apple iPod through sales manger pro, we receive error 37.

Has this been an issue for anyone else? Is there something I can do to correct the problem.

Also, is there a way that I can use the Ebay Catalog when writing the auctions in sales manager pro.

Hello Brian,

Unfortunately for any items that require the use of the eBay catalog you would need to either create and submit them from the online Sales Manager or upload them from Pro and then add the catalog matching from the pending section.

Catalog matching requires a constant connection to eBay, so the offline Sales Manager Pro software is unable to support those features.

Chris,

I appreciate the fast response. Do you know the reason that I continue to receive these errors though? Is it because I do not have the Ebay Catalog Information included in the auction?

Hello Brian,

If you do run into it again let us know and we can check your item for you to be sure, but typically this error just means that eBay requires the use of the catalog matching system before it will be accepted.
