My question is related to global preferences. When I first set up in global preferences a few years ago, with Vendio, sellers could add any additional text (which I did)after their item description which saved them from typing it in each time (for example) shipping and payment information or just things like best regards and happy bidding etc. I am back to using Vendio and I am trying to delete the the additional text that I entered in global preferences a few years ago. Thank for your help.

Do mean within the auction template?
You can edit that info under the section titled "Custom Listing Text".
This will only change the info on newly launched listings though.
If you want to edit active auctions, you have to do it individually.

Thank you Wgonzales! Gueue, the "Custom Listing Text" section is located on your "My Account" page in Vendio. Should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know a specific listing number that has the text and the exact text that you are trying to remove.
