If this is a manual change that you need to make, then the change would need to be made through your eBay account, unfortunately. The change should transfer to your Vendio account, however (please note that it might take a half hour or so). The corrected invoice would need to be sent manually.

I have another problem. I re-subscribed on Dec 1 and already received a Vendio bill this evening.
My monthly bill should be $10.00, but Vendio is charging me $20.00. Why am I being double billed for a subscription that only started 2 days ago? Is there anyone I can email in your billing department to fix this?

It would be best to use the help link in your Vendio account instead, as this will make sure that the representative your working with is available (and will route to the available agent if they are not.)
If you have any questions as to the plans your currently enrolled into or their associatted fee's, your My Service Plans page has a full outline of your selected services. The Online Statement page will have the full line by line item breakdown of your current and past statements.
