Greetings from Virginia. I am trying to list a number of video games, and want to list the ISBN/UPS number that triggers the automated text for such items. But whenever I try to type a number into the prescribed box, I get a red "invalid format" warning from Vendio. This happens after the first digit is entered, so I know that it's not a typo.
Thanks for any insight you can lend, and Happy New Year.

Hello Chris,
Do you mean that you are trying to use the eBay catalog information? If not, please let us know. If so, please do this by scrolling down farther on the Vendio listing form until you reach the "Item Specifics" section. Just above this section you should see a green button labeled "eBay Catalogue Information". Click this button and there is a box at the top where you may enter the UPC/ISBN. Should you continue to have trouble with this, please let us know a specific UPC and category where you are running into the problem.

Thanks, Nathan. Yes, the catalog number was what I was seeking. I followed your directions and found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again and regards,

Hello Susan,
Can you try resubmitting that item now to see if it posts? It's doing it's eBay Preview without an error right now, but it may still fail. If it does it may be an issue with adding this data inbetween relists, as sometimes eBay will error out when certain types of changes are made to existing items being relisted Vs new items. If it does fail again, click to edit it, then use the 'Copy' link in the upper right hand corner. This will take you into an exact copy of this item which you can then schedule/launch and it should post without errors.
