Hi, I need help.
I normally sell books but I have some shoes and boots I want to sell.
However, even though I am entering all the item specifics for shoes I am getting an ebay error asking me for the brand name.
The brand name I would need to enter is Lands End, but that name is not on the drop down list.
When I enter the name manually I still keep getting the same error message, US Shoe Size, Brand, Style, although I have already entered them.
First I tried entering the info on the Vendio Item Specifics, error..
Then I tried clicking on the specifics listed under the Custom Item Specifics, still no go.
Help!

You will want to use only the 'Custom Item Specifics' for these items since they are in the Clothing Shoes and Accessories category. ''
I edited one of the copies of this item for you and set it up the way eBay wants. It's title now starts with **** so you can identify which one I did. You will want to delete that from the title before you list, but you can review this item to see how the Custom Item Specifics are setup for future listings.

It seems I needed to try putting the brand in, that wasn't on the drop down list, a few times before it would take.
