I am having problems logging into xpress image publisher - It seems to be only one user on her machine. I can use admin user on her machine and login and xpress works fine and she can log into another machine and the xpress image publisher works fine. I have set her as administrator on her machine - uninstalled and reinstalled software but still when using username and password it kicks us right back to the login page.

Hello,

Which operating system are you using when you are having trouble with the XPress Image Publisher? Also, do you get an error message when this happens?

The OS is XP pro SP3 and when I enter the username and password it starts to connect and then it goes right back to the log in page - I know it is the correct username and password - it is only happening on her user account on this machine - I had her login to a different machine and run the program and it worked fine-as I said I also logged into her machine with my admin account and could use the program - No error messages

Unfortunately, it looks like it must be a permissions setting of some sort on your computer that is causing the problem.
