can i do item condition from sales menager off line ??? i cant find it ,
Or there is a way to do it one time ?? in any other place ??

Hello Jack,

It depends on which category you are listing to. If it is a category where eBay has moved from Item Specifics to Custom Item Specifics, then you would need to do this using the online version of our services. If it is a category that is still using Item Specifics, then you should be able to do this by editing the Item Specifics section in Sales Manager Pro.
