Hello Jack,

You should be able to change the position of the images by editing the template in the Template Workshop and then saving your changes. The Template Workshop may be located by going to "My Account" --> "Custom Templates". If you have already tried this and have been unable to save the changes, please let us know the specific template where you are trying to make the change, so that we can take a closer look and try to duplicate the problem.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello Jack,

When you are editing a template, you should see the save button at the very bottom right of the page. There is a "Preview" button at the bottom left, and both a "Save" and "Close" button at the bottom right. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello Jack,

Just make sure that you synchronize Sales Manager Pro after saving, and the change should be imported in.

Nathan

Hello Jack,

Please let us know the template that you are using, the exact change that you made, and where exactly you are in Sales Manager Pro when it looks like the change hasn't been imported in.

Regards,
Nathan
