For the past couple of months I have not been able to import/track listings from eBay that somehow are not showing on Vendio.
The most recent item happened today. Item no 16018440566 sold but does not appear in my panel. When I try to import it (this is how I have handled it in the past), I get this notification in red: "Cannot parse result page".
Can you take a look at this. Thanks

I should have said this happens when I click on the "track" function (not import).
I think the reason the listing was not in Vendio is because sometimes in the old days, when I would list Vendio would show an error in the pending panel (couldn't get confirmation of listing from eBay) yet the listing did launch after all.
Can you double check the item number 16018440566 - as I checked eBay and they didn't recognize this (or anymore.) You wouldn't be able to track/import a listing than is no longer available on the server unfortunately.

Very weird! I just put it in the eBay search and it came up : 160184405667
PJEBSCOTT PAPER MILL BRUNSWICK MAINE ME POSTCARD - it sold last night. It's not active but should stay on the server for 60 days or so.

Oops just noticed that the I missed the 7 on end when I copied and pasted - the right number is 160184405667 .... tracking still cannot parse results.
This item was actually in your account before, it wasn't missing as a result of an unconfirmed launch (which are pretty rare anymore thankfully.)
Since it was simply archived I went to your 'restore items' page and searched for it by item number, then clicked to restore it back into your Sales Manager pages.

Thanks! I wonder how it got archived though? I only archive when I sell something off eBay or when I decide to "Copy" instead of relist from "Unsolds". I will let you know the next time it happens.
