in order to create a second chance after a no pay from a batch i must unbatch the lot ????

Hello Jack,
Yes, and you can split up the order by clicking the PSM keys beside that order number. From here use the 'edit buyer/split order' button, then uncheck the 'relist' box and click to split the order.
