Just wawnted to report that a couple of my items that sold about 3 hours ago have yet to move into my closed auctions. Even when I tried to manually move them, they have resisted. Please look into this problem.

I moved those manually, but I have another one that I'm leaving in active for you to look at. It's item 310392850092 Please fix this as soon as possible. This is my number one pet peeve with Vendio. I can't tell you how much this bothers me, and this isn't the first time its happened, but it hasn't happened for a while - that I know of. You see, the problem is when someone buys an item and it doesn't move over, then I am unaware of it and if that buyer doesn't pay right way or ask me a question, I don't follow up to request payment. Then the buyer never pays and sometime down the line, maybe a year later when I'm doing inventory, I'll find something that is not active because it was sold and never paid for weeks or months previously and just sitting in my storage gathering dust. It will eventually move to the closed side, but it takes up residence on the date it closed, so it blends in with the others and is not noticed. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

Here's another one, since once I sent an invoice to my international buyer, it moved over. Here is one I'm not looking at so you can check it. Please do so QUICKLY. Item #310393205726 Another thing is I'm not getting the email notifications of the posts.

If you need to see them in active, then you are out of luck. They have moved over to closed. Way to be on top of the situation.......8-( Please let me know if you can identify the problem and correct it. In the meantime, I will have to monitor the closed sales in My eBay to make sure I'm not missing any that have sold. I am not a happy customer right now.

Just wanted to report that its happening again. I had an item that was purchased several hours ago - two items from the same buyer - and one moved to closed, but the other one had to be manually moved over. I don't think giving you the item number will help you, and whenever I give item numbers you never do anything, so just please look into this. 8-(
Sample item numbers definitely help with the speed of tracking down any possible causes. If the issue persists into today, please let us know. We did receive one other report last night but those items appear to have moved into the closed area and generated orders already.
