guys this start to be a joke already i am getting again bad response from server to load items , what is the story now ???

you have many problems with this site , today it is also slow whole day , the only fast thing i got is a reminder that my invoice is comming , this problem must be corrected without blaming ebay.

Hello,

Sorry to hear your having trying synching your copy of Sales Manager Pro again. It was never before, nor is it now, an issue related to eBay when it comes to sync issues and the offline Sales Manager Pro program.

We've asked the engineers to check into the cause and will report back with our findings. I was able to replicate the sync error from my own account as well.

There shouldn't be any issues with speed on the site though, and this should be treated as a totally separate thing to troubleshoot since the website is your primary listing tool when Pro is unavailable (and if it were to become unavailable for use in the future.)

First thing to check is the browser, browser version, and then clear the temp files from that setup. Ideally you could check to see if the speed issues were there when your on the site with FireFox Vs internet explorer since IE can become such a slow experience over time without a lot of assistance. Next would be running a speed test to check the internet connection itself, though this is *after* trying a different browser than IE and purging the IE temporary internet files.

Hello,

Can you attempt your sync again now and let us know if you have any trouble?

It may have been a transient network issue that has since been resolved. We are awaiting confirmation on the exact source unfortunately.

Hi Chris the problem is that it work and it dont work i send items yesterday 3 times 2 times it was ok (10 items at a time)
then i try 20 items and it took me about 15 times to send .
the last time it send 17 items out of the 20 and then got stuck again i delete the 17 items and then send the last 3 .
i will try latter today and let you know again.

Chris , i just send 20 items with no problems .
yesterday was some kind of problem with the site my partner in Germany complain to me that he see double pictures and the site is very slow , he use fire fox , today he say no problems , take care , jack.
