As of today (Jan 27, 2013) the shipping rates have increased through the USPS. It is not showing the correct and updated shipping amount in my 2 newly-listed auctions when I check it through eBay after it went live tonight. I wouldn't be that concerned if the rate increase was as it had been for years, 40 to 50 cents. But this years increase is HUGE on packages...we are talking dollars. Please check into the calculated shipping area of Vendio to be sure everything is updated to match the new prices.

Under shipping I have the choice of "USPS First Class Mail (Intl)". This category no longer exists under the new USPS rules. It is now "First Class Package International Service". When I prepared a set sale item to launch at a future date and tried to calculate the cost of the new postage to the UK from the prepared auction it responded as "NA" and told me "The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations". If this isn't taken care of soon my ebay customers will be unable to determine the postage. Basically, I will have to stop selling items outside the country until it is repaired.
We are working to map USPS First Class Mail Intl to the new First Class Package Intl Service designation.
The checkout flow will still work as designed, as eBay is now displaying this shipping method as 'USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service' - and display the correct rates.

It is incorrect in both eBay and Vendio shipping calculators as Parcel Post has been eliminated and Standard Post takes its place along with a huge increase in price. Currently my Vendio shipping calculator is apparently showing the Parcel Select rate which I cannot use because I do not qualify for it (bulk shippers/commercial use). eBay has a warning message come up when I preview an auction I'm about to schedule or lauch that Parcel Select is replacing Parcel Post which is incorrect as eBay doesn't know what the requirements are to use Parcel Select (I think they figured it was the replacement because it had Parcel in the title and the prices ware competitive with the old Parcel Post). Have someone at Vendio contact a seasoned postal employee who knows the info inside and out (not just someone who answers the phone because I already tried that and they have no idea what's going on) and please get Standard Post on your list of shipping methods ASAP!!!
Please let us know one of the listing numbers where the Vendio shipping calculator is giving you the USPS Parcel Select rates, rather than the USPS Standard Post rates, so that we can take a look.

Hi Nathan, it appears that Vendio may now showing the correct shipping for Standard Post...it's eBay that is off. It appears the Parcel Select price list they are using is Parcel Select Nonpresort (there are 5 different types of Parcel Select). I copied a current running auction to the bottom of my Pending Auction list (the title ends with #7480). I typed in my own zip code to see both Vendio's price using the eBay Template Preview and then just looked up the actual running auction on eBay and it automatically shows the shipping price under the items current bid. I already talked with eBay to get this changed but they are having a hard time understanding the difference between the two shipping methods. Anyway, I get $11.15 with Vendio and $9.92 with eBay (which includes the markup I had when I posted the auction). If Vendio is correct with the Standard Post shipping price, can you change the name in the drop down list of shipping options? Thanks!
Thank you for the additional information. While I unfortunately do not have a specific eta available currently, the name change is already in the works and we expect it to be completed soon.
