Hello,
Is there a way I can do a mass update of my International shipping fees?

Hello,

You can change this default for your future new listings by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> then edit the "Shipping Carriers" section. Unfortunately, in order to change your active listings they would need to be revised through eBay directly.
