In "INVENTORY MANAGEMENT" I need all my quantities set to 19. They are at 1. I have 1400 items in there and don't have time to do all. Is there some way to edit these in bulk or have an admin do it? Thanks.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to update the inventory quantities in bulk using the Sales Manager Merchandising Edition that you have now. You might want to consider switching to Sales Manager Inventory Edition, which was designed for being used when you have multiple quantities of your items. With Sales Manager Inventory Edition you can edit in bulk up to 50 items at a time. You can also update existing inventory items in bulk using a .csv upload (assuming your inventory items have unique SKUs).
If you would like to switch to Sales Manager Inventory Edition you may do so by going to "My Account" --> "My Service Plans" --> "change edition" (below "Sales Manager Merchandising Edition" ).
