How do I cancel this note/email to my buyer. it is being auto sent to them and I cannot find where to cancel this action:

These are the Buyer Appreciation emails, and you may turn them off by going to "Buyer Appreciation" (in the left-hand menu of your Vendio account) --> select "Don't send thank-you emails right now" and then click "Save". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
