I am trying to redo listings and am even starting fresh with a listing, it says that there is a duplicate listing so the launch isn't happening. Anyone have ideas? The contact us and help pages don't launch either on this site.
I checked your account and some of your listings were still showing as active even though they have ended. I refreshed your live listings which should cause them to be recognized as ended (so that you can launch new listings from the inventory items without a duplicate error). Please give it another 30 minutes or so for the information to update, and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Is there a way for me to refresh the live listings as I am continually having problems. All I am doing is ending the old listing and creating a completely new one and it still is not working properly.
You may refresh your listings in Vendio by going to "Channels" --> "My Listings" --> select the listings and click "Actions" and then "Refresh".
Please note that it is highly recommended that you cancel any active eBay listings that need to be canceled through your Vendio account (rather than through eBay directly). This can be done by going to "Channels" --> "My Listings" --> select the listings and click "Actions" and then "End Listings".
I'm showing that the last attempted launches for these two items was around 2:30pm (pacific time), the listings failed at that time as being duplicates, and that since then the listings have been marked as closed. Please try launching these two listings again and let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
