I was trying to list an item in the baby category and the item condition box was missing (New/Pre-owned,etc). All that was there was the box where you write inside what the condition is. I thought maybe that eBay removed it since I have run into that situation in a few categories. Unfortunately, the item did not launch with eBay saying that there was no item condition specified. I then tried to do another listing since I thought maybe there was something wrong with that one and sure enough, its missing when I try to do another one. Can you please correct this. I cannot launch it in the proper category without this being fixed. I am going to try and launch it in a similar category now, so if its not there when you look, the problem is in BABY - TOYS - RATTLES.
I wanted to let you know that we have heard back from the engineers and this problem should now be corrected. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
