An item is missing from my "closed sales" that I was going to relist. It is not in the archives, just plain missing. If someone from Vendio can contact me, I will provide details. Thanks in advance.

Did you check your active listings?
Sometimes a closed item will "get stuck" in active mode.

Hello,

Please let us know the listing number for the listing, so that we can take a look.

Regards,
Nathan

Hi and thanks. Unfortunately I don't have the listing number anymore, and now the listing isn't there. It was in my closed listings (unsold) two days ago, and it had the words MONTAUK and SANKATY in the title. You will find those words in an item in my pending listings, but that's not the item. The odd thing is that I can't find the listing in eBay either, not in the unsold last 60 days category, which is where it should be. The missing listing ended unsold on about July 20th. Thanks if you can help find and restore it.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I'm not finding any closed or active listings in your account with the word "MONTAUK" or "SANKATY" in the title. We do have a tool that can track the history of a listing, however we would need the listing number in order to use the tool, unfortunately.

Regards,
Nathan

OK I just found it on eBay - eBay item
300921617334, closed July 18th. I tried to TRACK it back to Vendio, but that didn't work - it said it couldn't find the item on the site. Do you have a way to get it back to Vendio? Thanks for your help
