Starting around 9:30 am PT. I was trying to re-list and using Post Sale Management and couldn't even get to the item to edit. Even coming to this part of the site was slow but better. I hope this is temporary because I have work to do!!!!!

There were some issues this morning that were causing slowness, however they should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing the problem please first try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies, and let us know if the problem continues. If it does, please give us one specific example so that we can ask our engineers to take a look (i.e. the page or link that you click and approximately how long it takes for the page to load).

Still screaming...... I just need to finish my work and I cannot get into the pending auctions or anywhere else except here. Just keeps timing out. Been fine okay until now. Pics are not showing either on the listed items. FIX PLEASE!!

Still not working and its almost an hour now. Is someone taking a nap over there? Can we start talking about compensation for my time over this? Geez, I only needed about 45 minutes more work to do and then this happens! I'm really unhappy with this site. I am having no trouble getting around other sites so please don't even try saying to clear the cache or cookies. I'm also getting emails from eBay about having trouble with my Gallery pictures.

Started working again interestingly after I called Chris on the phone and left a message. Anyway, I have a slew of Gallery pics not working and my attempts to fix and revise have failed, so I will have to end them and re-do them. I would like $10 credited to my account for this ridiculous waste of my time this has caused.

I had the same issue when I posted a few auctions last night. I checked my email this morning and found that eBay had emailed me a "Gallery Picture Issue" message for each auction. I tried to fix them using the URL link just below the words "You can correct your URL at" and clicking on the gray "Retry" button after the link took me
to the correction page. The progress bar with the moving dots was doing something but it hung there for a really long time so I gave up. I then used the yellow "Resolve Issue" button on the right side of the email message, had my item number ready to paste when it took me the page where I enter it and I found myself back at the correction page and hit the gray "Retry" button again. This time the moving dots in the progress bar didn't last very long at all but my gallery pic still didn't show up so I just refreshed the page and the pic showed up as corrected!

There was unfortunately an issue with one of the nodes last night that eventually required a restart to bring back into full operation. This would have caused slow responses on the website during that timeframe (which seems to match up with when you were posting here about the issue.)
The engineers are working on a long term solution for it currently, as this appears to be the second event on this same node in the past two weeks.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you during these few hours last night, and will work to repair this so we don't have to worry about it in the future.
