Hello,
In order to do this you will need to turn on a shipping service that eBay considers expedited. The defaults for your future new listings may be set by going to "My Account" --> "Global Preferences" --> then go to the "Shipping Carriers" section. Then select an expedited shipping service from one of the drop-down boxes and make sure that you check the box to the left of the service in order to turn it on.
For your already existing pending listings or relists you may make this same change from the "Shipping Carriers" section of the Vendio listing form. Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.
