Help....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a joke where are my images and where is Vendio support ????? I make my living on eBay and this is killing my listings !!!!!!! Come on Vendio wake up !!!!!

I am having Gallery pic issues also on the auctions I launched during your outage. Even though the pics are showing now inside the listing, the thumbnail photo, Gallery pic is not. I tried using the fix given and revising without any luck. Is there something I can do or will I have to end the listing and then re-list?? I have to say having a 2-hour outage with no support or one apology to your customers is very poor business.

Even though pictures are back up from the outage yesterday, all of them are not and I hope Vendio fixes the issue. I see the thumbnails fine but when you click on them, I get that box "Sorry, this image is currently not available. Please check back later."

I have contacted you but you still have not replied. Can you please check the following images and fix them? I see them as gallery pics but when you hit them, there is nothing there but the currently unavailable box. My listing is also now live at ebay but nobody can see the images. Please fix the following images; 2ManonMoonGlasses.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses1.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses2.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses3.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses4.jpg, and 2ManonMoonGlasses5.jpg.
We are sorry for the problem you were facing. We have an technical issue which resulted in the images not being visible on eBay listings. However, we have fixed the issue on the same day and the site is functioning optimal at this point while we have taken necessary steps to assure that we do not run into such technical issues anymore.
