We really need some answers about whether Vendio supports the eBay 3X free relist feature for auctions and FP (not GTC) listings. I know that vendio has a relist up to 3x feature, but is that communicated to eBay so our relists are indeed free for 3 x's? Your FAQ about the Vendio auto relist feature states that the user pays for first listing, gets relist free, Pays for the next relist and gets the 3rd relist free. This is not the eBay program! HELP! TIA

Thank you for writing in. You can setup your "Auto relist" options on Vendio Under My Account> Site specifics>eBay page. Your listing closes without a winner you can have it automatically relisted to eBay. Check 'Enable Auto Relist' below to enable this feature and set the desired number of times that you want this listing to be relisted (as long as the item stays unsold). eBay's current Auto Relist policy is:
Relisting an item automatically
You can easily set up your listing to relist automatically.
When you relist your item automatically:
Your item is relisted up to 3 times if it doesn't sell.
Each time your item is relisted, the duration of the listing will be the same as the prior listing period for that item.
You can revise your listing at any time during the relisting period. Our rules on revising listings apply. Learn more about restrictions on revising listings.
After the first insertion fee for the listing, you aren't charged additional insertion fees for the relisted item.
Aside from the initial listing, automatically relisted items don't count toward your monthly free-insertion-fee listings. (For example, if you list an item and it automatically relists 3 times, it counts as one free-insertion-fee listing.) Learn more about free-insertion-fee listings.
You're charged the fees for any advanced listing upgrades you selected each time your item is relisted.

I was just contacted my someone who told me that my Vendio photos on Ebay have vanished, and when I went to my Vendio image hosting site it was empty!! What is happening? This is more than a decade of images which would be virtually impossible to try and replace. If Vendio has lost them all then I'm canceling my service.

All the images are indeed gone, but I assume that they will come back. For about two hours, vendio was completely out. It is ridiculous that after hours there is nobody to talk to. I pay over $2,400.00 per year, and Vendio's service really sucks.
On a daily basis there are some minor issues. Not to hear back from anyone is baffling.

Yep easier and cheaper to just use ebays listing service. This has gotten really expensive over the years and only benefit is they host pictures -- which you can do almost anywhere now>>>>
We are sorry for the problem you were facing. We have an technical issue which resulted in the images not being visible on eBay listings. However, we have fixed the issue on the same day and the site is functioning optimal at this point while we have taken necessary steps to assure that we do not run into such technical issues anymore.
