I have contacted you but you still have not replied. Can you please check the following images and fix them? I see them as gallery pics but when you hit them, there is nothing there but the currently unavailable box. My listing is also now live at ebay but nobody can see the images. Please fix the following images; 2ManonMoonGlasses.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses1.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses2.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses3.jpg, 2ManonMoonGlasses4.jpg, and 2ManonMoonGlasses5.jpg.

Same problem. The Ebay photos show up, but Vendio Gallery (which I download on Vendio) are not showing up.
To make matters worse Vendio deleted those photos from my image hosting. I did not delete them, myself.
I have been going back & forth with Vendio customer support all day. Still no solution to this problem.
I will list on Ebay tonight, photos and all.
Who knows, I may like their listing venue even better and then no more Vendio for me.

Random auctions are showing no photos for us either.

The problem is not being addressed, nor announced as a system failure.
A friend listed 3 new auctions last night with no images from Vendio.
I went to help contact yesterday and they said they looked at my images and they are fine. They were only looking at the automatic Ebay photos on top of the page, not their own gallery which runs with my description.
I sent them the listings that have no Vendio images and haven't heard since.

well I did some research on one of the items where photos are not showing up anymore and it looks as if Vendio has lost the photos!
They do not show up on my vendio image hosting pages. Luckily I had a few photos of the item still on my computer, so I re-uploaded to see if they would show up as already uploaded, but they went right through.
This is very discouraging. I don't usually save the photos after they are uploaded to Vendio, so most of them I do not have. I would have to retake, re-edit, re-upload, figure out number I had put on them, etc.
And first to go through every item and see which ones are lost. A LOT of time consuming work that I shouldn't need to do!
Something is definitely going on at Vendio that is not an improvement...witness the lack of responses on the boards in general the past few months.

Okay, I still have this problem and now I have to take more pics? Vendio, you are my photo host which I pay you for and this is why I delete pics from my hard drive. As you can see, many others have the same problem but how come no announcement or fix already? Have my photos been deleted? What is going on there? Please tell us something or anything. Do I just need to use EBay's Photo system now? Frustrated, Mnk.

We are sorry for the problem you were facing. We have an technical issue which resulted in the images not being visible on eBay listings. However, we have fixed the issue on the same day and the site is functioning optimal at this point while we have taken necessary steps to assure that we do not run into such technical issues anymore.
We are also investigating on the images issue which is not showing up on the eBay listing and working towards the addressing the issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this.

Same problem here.disappeared. From active eBay listing and my images on vendio. About 80 photos. No response from vendio. Poor

The images are gone from the Vendio Image Hosting files on the site as visible to me.
These were all recent uploads...last week, I believe.
Are you going to be able to find these?
Or is all that work down the drain?
As mnk said, photos are deleted from my hard drive because Vendio is hosting them...and has done so successfully for a decade...do I now need to clog up my computer space to store all these hosted photos???

Sunil, thanks for fixing my photos. I had to use eBay's photo host yesterday but I'll use Vendio again now. Please keep your engineers working hard to keep the Vendio site up and running so I won't have to transfer everything over to eBay. I been with you since day 1 and would rather use you as my Photo Host. Thanks so much, Mnk.

I'm pleased to hear they fixed your photos. I'm still waiting for mine to get fixed, but I'm not holding my breath. This has caused me so much stress. I have been using Ebay hosting to list the last 2 days. I will probably cancel Vendio sooner rather than later and go to Ebay, saving myself over $200.00 a year I pay Vendio.

How about an update on the photos not showing up in the image hosting library. This is a real problem; these items have ended and I cannot relist without the photos that Vendio had.

Same problem.
One listing ended last night with no Vendio photos and three will end in a few days, probably with no photos, as well.
Can't wait until they end so I can then cancel my subscription with Vendio.
I have been with them since they were Auction Watch, but this takes the cake.
Listing on Ebay now.

Sorry to say not one Vendio missing photo is visible, on the two current auctions which have the problem. The fourth problem auction with no Vendio photos ended last Thursday, the third just now, no photos. Just two more to go. Those photos are missing from my image hosting library, as well.
Five days with no solution. I will not list with Vendio again.
