Dear vendio you are hanging on by a thread. We pay for services from you that are available cheaper and at much less cost right from ebay. Your complete lack of professionalism and response with the recent pictures issue is pathetic and I think ebay needs to know about it because they don't like these third party sites not functioning and making ebay look bad......

Hi,
We are sorry for the problem you were facing. We have an technical issue which resulted in the images not being visible on eBay listings. However, we have fixed the issue on the same day and the site is functioning optimal at this point while we have taken necessary steps to assure that we do not run into such technical issues anymore.

My auctions have photos, but I can't upload any new photos from the desktop or direct from Vendio website. Error message reads "internal error".
Has the site been hacked or ????

What's going on?

The gall that management has, that when there is a known problem and there is no one there to even respond.
Almost 24 hours have passed, and business has ground to a halt. No uploads are possible, and there is no one around.
This is unheard of, and we should all be marching off.
eBay should know about this.

Photos that I definitely did NOT delete are missing from my Image Hosting Library.
Now I cannot relist these items without putting in another's day's work of retaking all new photos and edits.
Very discouraging that the only rep reply is to keep repeating that the issue is fixed.

Thank you for contacting Vendio. We apologize for the inconvenience we have had issue with the image uploads and some images appearing on eBay. The issue with the image uploads has been fixed now. However, the fix for the issue with the images appearing on eBay is in progress and should be deployed shortly.

I agree, the Vendio tech support is absolutely ridiculous. I pointed out an issue with a broken link between their site and PayPal and they still have not been able to solve it. It has been over three months and they keep giving me the same answer: "The issue has been escalated to the engineers and will be fixed shortly" . However, they still charging me their monthly fees like everything is ok. Awful!
