It would be helpful to be able to do a bulk copy of items. I am going to start making copies of my current listings so they will appear "new" to eBay and under the current system, I will have to do them one by one and have to keep coming back to the active page, find where I left off, and then make a copy and repeat the process. Time consuming and annoying. If you added a function at the top where you have "re-fresh" "relist", etc, you could put "copy" and then we could click on the ones we want to copy and then do multiple at a time. If eBay starts what they're doing in the UK and start charging a fee for old listings, it will super helpful! Buy why, wait, why not do it now! 8-)

We are sorry for the problem you are facing. The version of Vendio you currently on is the legacy platform and has not been updated for a while. As this is a legacy platform most of the development focus has been to keep the platform functional and not much in terms of adding new features. However, the bulk copy version that you've suggested is available on the new Vendio platform. You could register and evaluate it by signing up for a free 15 day trial.
Please feel free to reply if you have any more questions.

Sunil

Just curious - what percentage of users are on the legacy platform...and what is the difference between the versions?

Could you be a little more specific about what you're talking about. Maybe a link to the page you're talking about. I don't see any "Legacy Platform" versus a "Vendio Platform". I thought I was on Vendio and I looked to see that there are just different plans i.e. Flat Rate & Variable plans.

Thank you for your reply. The Legacy platform and the Vendio Platform differs in terms of the interface, terminology and Usage flows as compared to the Legacy Vendio Platform. You can view/experience it by simply registering for a new Vendio free trial account on www.vendio.com when you are not logged into to your existing account.
Hope this helps, if you have any more questions or need more details please contact us at Vendio support by submitting a help request from http://suport.vendio.com

Usage flow???? What is a usage flow? The answer really does not clarify the difference between Legacy and other versions.

Ok, I logged off and went to the "new" Vendio site which I think is really strange because I don't recall being informed as a long-time CUSTOMER of yours that this was an option to switch to this "new" Vendio. I saw the different plans you're offering which does away with listing fees and transaction fees and image hosting and watermarking is included. I have a couple of questions, the main one being, if I wanted to switch over to the PRO plan, could I transfer my whole account, listings, photos, etc over? Second question is I saw no mention of the word "Legacy" so am I looking at the right place? And lastly, does it have the same templates and "look" that I'm used to with regards to the Sales Manager and Re-listing pages, and does it look the same on eBay?
