I am looking for some help in organizing my images. I would like to know how to sort my images based off of whether or not they are in a live listing. I have individual listings for each item I have and when an item is sold the image is no longer any good to me. However when I go through my images I don't know if that image is in an active listing or not. So I can't just start deleting images because I don't want to end up with active listings with no images.

Unfortunately it is not possible to sort images based on whether or not they are in an active listing. However, you can sort by the "Last Viewed" date column which will show you the last date that either the image or a listing that contains that image was viewed. Hopefully this will give you a good idea as to whether or not the image is currently in an active listing.
