Good morning Fritz, I did not want to bother you on the phone so I am writing this to perhaps give you time to try and help me solve this problem.
I used your suggestion to make the images smaller on my camera and found it as the smallest images possible on the phone. I have 4 images on my Macbook desktop and PC desktop listed as "swissbox 1 thru 4". All ending in .jpg
But I still cannot add them to "upload images". When I double click an image instead of it going into the Upload Image site it just shows up as a large image on my screen. I have used the Create date and everything should work. I am not even sure if the size is the problem but since I am doing everything else properly, the same as I have been doing for years I am just assuming that the size is the problem. But I listed an item last week (a hat) that was as big or bigger than this Swiss Box, and did not have to make the image smaller.
So I am really in a state of confusion.
I have the same problem with the PC.
So, I am at a loss as to what to do next.
If this was a cheap item I wouldn't be bothering you with this, but I have seen these particular Swiss Music Boxes going for as high as $100.00 and more on ebay.
