Suddenly all my Vendio pages are reading "not secure" where is usually says "https".
This is not an issue with my connection or my computer or the browser as no other site comes up a not secure. Every other site that i check, on each of three browsers, comes up as secure. Just none of my Vendio pages.
Please advise.

"The support ticket for any future reference to this issue is VEND-292." Does this mean that there someplace i can see what is happening with this inquiry?
If not, what is happening?
All my Vendio pages, and only Vendio pages, are still coming up as not secure on all my browsers.

Hi,
Nothing has ever changed with the http vs https designation. I am still seeing only http without the secure "s" on all my Vendio pages no matter what browser I use.
What are the engineers doing about this?

Please note our site continues to be secure because all pages (like Sales Manager, Image Hosting and so on) are available only via (and after) login, which is secure (all login pages are using HTTPS). In the meantime you can manually change the http to https on any Vendio page to see that it is indeed secure. Sorry for the confusion. Please let us know if you have any questions.

I do not understand what you mean by change the http. If i go to the www.vendio bar on google, it just says (in red print) "not secure" where the https would be. I cannot change anything there. A warning window comes up when i try that just confirms that this in not a secure site.
(I did add an "s" to the IE bar. It disappears as soon as i change pages. BUT as IE is not so compatible when working in Vendio anymore, that is not very helpful.)
In Google i keep getting Not Secure messages and this the browser where Vendio works best for me.

I am unable to do phone time right now, but
all the details are here.
I am logged in.
I have tried three different browsers.
Only "http" or "not secure" shows on the bar at the top when logged in. On all Vendio pages that I access.
If all login pages are secure, why do they not show as such in any browser?
Thank you for writing in.Please note that nothing has changed on our end and our site is secure, despite the message you are seeing. While browsers have updated to show "http" links as "not secure", these links have always been "http" instead of "https" and the security level has not changed. As always, the login form has been and remains "https" and should show as secure when you log in. Should you need further help please let us know in detail exactly what information specifically you are concerned is not secure. Otherwise, we would be happy to discuss further over the phone.

So if I understand what you are saying, the login page is secure, but pages such as this one or control panel are not?
