Not able to launch a few of my items and no matter what I do, I can't launch. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had some new NEW items to list and none would list. I am familiar with the way you have to do things. I put the UPC in the top boxes and the Brand in the lower boxes. First time I tried to launch it said I didn't have a valid MPN, so I added that in the bottom box. Then it said I didn't have a valid brand, so then I put the brand in the top box and put the MPN in the top box, then I get another error. Tried every single combination without success. One item that ended today that I've had listed for several months also had the same problem. I wanted to launch my items and there was NO ONE available to help so I launched the items as USED even though they are NEW. I have left one item for you guys to figure out what the problem is. It's listed as TOMMY'S WORLD. I've listed the brand, upc code and MPN in both spots. Figure out what the problem is and let me know. I'm afraid that I won't be able to list anything new until this is addressed.

Had another problem with another item. I had to launch it as used, but it was a Gemmy singing skunk if you wanted to look for it.
