I used an old template to list an item just now.
After launching, I went to update the template for future listings and noticed that the "Automatically send Winning Bidder Notification (WBN) when auction closes with a valid winner" was checked on the old template.
Can this be invalidated for the item that was launched before I updated the profile?
Or do they simply not get sent anymore since the checkout links are not live?
Thank you for writing in.Please note you can turn off the winning bidder notification by going to "Sales Manager" --> "Control Panel" --> "All Active" --> put a check mark in the box to the left of the listing --> click the "Set WBN" button --> put a check mark in the box to the left of the listing --> click the "On - Off" button to toggle the WBN to on or off.(You can look to the far right of the page under "Auto WBN" to see if it is currently on or off).
