I went in and updated that I take Managed Payments now, but was wondering do I have to do anything additional when I'm making a copy of an older listing? Do I have to update each time or was the one time enough for all listings going forward?

Thank you for writing in.Please note in order to enable eBay Managed payments on your vendio account you would need to go to My Account>>Global Preferences>>Payment Types Accepted>>Check the box for "eBay account is enabled for Managed Payments">>Click on Save.
Please note "Checking this box tells Vendio if your eBay account is enabled to use the eBay Managed Payments. When this checkbox is setup as enabled, Vendio will skip sending the payment information for your eBay listings."
You do not have to do it each and every time and will not have to edit your listings.It will automatically take effect.

My account went live to Managed Payments today. Is Vendio integrated with eBay API (or whatever you call it) to show when payment is received and order information (specifically, the buyer's address)? I had two sales this morning that did not show "paid" on my Post Sale Manager. I manually updated, but now, in order to get the buyer's address, I have to go to the Order information on eBay?
My account does show "managed payments" under Global Preferences.

I have already done that. I did that about a month ago, but eBay just informed me that my managed payments are live today (Aug 25). That is why I am writing here...I am not getting updated payment information on my Post Sale Management (specifically that payment was received and the buyer's address). I manually updated to "paid" those items to paid this morning. The PayPal information (has that changed) is not coming through to Vendio even though I opted in to managed payments. Can you look into why that is happening and if that is the way it will be going forward?

Please ensure that you do not manually update the orders in Vendio, so that our engineers can investigate the issue.

I had already manually marked them paid, but undid it now.

And two items under Order # 2162692433.
I haven't had anyone else pay.

Thanks for your help. I believe when there were problems before your technicians called it an API issue.

Help! Now I have several sold items with no payment information in my post sale management. The buyer's email addresses are not coming forward either..is anyone else having this problem?

I haven't had any problems with the Managed Payments since it started for me. Did you make sure to update Vendio that you're in the Managed Payments program now? There's a link in the panel that says when you're active, to click 'here'. I hope it gets figured out soon for you.

Hmm..I enabled Managed Payments on Vendio when I first signed up with eBay back in July. EBay notified me that the managed Payments went active on Aug 25th. Since then my Vendio Post Sale does not show any payments or buyer information (shipping address). I notice the buyer email addresses are now all a bunch of weird numbers "@members.ebay.com". I wonder if they are even getting my shipping notifications? So far I have 15 orders, so of course I have had to ship using the eBay order information instead of my Vendio application.

I wonder if it has something to do with enabling Managed Payments on Vendio before you were active. I waited until after I was active before alerting Vendio? Do you think redoing that process might help? I know the link is still on mine.

I had not thought about that and would like the answer to this confirmed by Vendio.
If we are getting masked emails on our post sale pages, Are the customers receiving our post sale shipping notifications sent from our Vendio accounts?

I notice that the auction sales (buyer usually pays later) have the real emails shown, but the BINs do not.

I wanted to let you know that we have heard back from our engineers on this, and the buyers should continue to receive the messages as normal. eBay is scanning the messages for any suspicious activity, but they should still be delivered to the recipient. Of course, if for some reason this does not appear to be how it is working for you, please let us know and provide the details.

Thanks for the confirmation. I asked a buyer to let me know if she got the shipping notification and how she got it (email or eBay messages). She confirmed it came via email. I guess we can't try to sell outside of eBay via that route.
