Everything seems to be working well with the interface of eBay and Vendio for Managed Payments in the Post Sale application except when the buyer buys and item at auction and another item Buy it Now. Ebay masks the email address for the BIN buyers, but uses the real email addresses for the auction buyers. It looks like Vendio can't recognize that they are the same buyers.
In the case where the buyer combined items when paying, Vendio did not pick up the payments (or at least not yet). Item #164383090988 and 154078303193.
In another case, the buyer paid separately. I like to combine the order on Vendio because I ship them together, but I am not able to combine because the email addresses don't match. Items # 164373766735 and 164346288957.
In cases where all the items are BIN and paid together Vendio combined the items automatically.
It's not top priority because I currently am not a high volume seller and do things manually, but it would be nice if your engineers could figure this out. It would be a nightmare for high volume sellers I think.

Thank you for writing in.Please note this is happening when one item is a BIN and the other an Auction item. Ebay masks the email address for the BIN buyers, but uses the real email addresses for the auction buyers. It looks like Vendio can't recognize that they are the same buyers.In cases where all the items are BIN and paid together Vendio combines the items automatically.
In order to resolve the same you can change the email address as required for each sold item by following the below steps;
1. Go to Post Sale Summary - [http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/acp/postsale.html]
2. Select the Sold item - Use the button Edit next to Buyer email address
3. Open a popup - Unselect the checkbox Relist and change the email address
Also if you want to change the shipping address you unselect the step 2. Then you are able to change the buyer's address.
