I've just noticed that my auctions are only showing one shipping method on eBay. I always choose 2 methods (Economy..which is either Parcel Post or Standard Post in the carrier list which in reality is Retail Ground and I also select Priority). I have both boxes checked when creating the listing but only the first choice shows up on eBay. This is showing in both auction format and fixed price listings. Both methods do show up when I send an invoice through eBay but I want them to show up when the listing is live so that potential buyers can see there is a choice.
Thank you for writing in.Please note we checked all the Active items reflecting in your Vendio account and were able to see both the shipping options reflecting in the listing.

When I click on any of my active listings, only one shipping method is showing to potential bidders (it always shows only one shipping amount right under the Buy It Now/Add To Cart blue button on the live eBay page. Then when I click "See Details" right next to that shipping amount, it only shows the Economy shipping amount. And I also click on the Shipping and Payments tab directly above the Vendio template in those live listings and it shows the same. Where are you seeing 2 shipping amounts?
