Those of us that participated in this promo have already received mail from AW confirming the anmount to be deposited to our c2it accounts, but there was no indication of when the deposit could be expected. Kindly update the expectation of those deposits, please.

Hi Wabbitt15,

You should see the refunds in your account sometime next week, as we had given until August 10 for users to inform us of missing credits.

Nearly two weeks have elspsed since the 8/10 deadline for errors to be reported and STILL NO DEPOSIT!

It's not the money, it's purely principle now. Please, no more stalls or should-be responses, let's have a positive and specific answer!

Hello,

We sent the list of refunds to C2IT on monday, and were told it would take a week to post to the accounts.

Thanks for the answer, Christopher.

As a passing observation, wouldn't it behoove AW to consider public relations and post this information in a timely matter so that users are properly informed instead of wasting everyone's time posting inquiries when such would not be necessary?

Christopher's response, above, is IN ERROR!

I just concluded speaking to two different c2it representatives, and they state that AW is to make the deposit and send the qualified user an email stating that the cash has been sent. c2it DOES NOT HAVE any list of users or deposits to make!!

What is going on, and why the preverication?

Hi wabbitt15,

I'll escalate this issue and see where the miscommunication is occurring. We will post back to this thread as soon as any new information is available.

Hi Wabbitt15--

Do you mean prevarication? .

Like any large organization, the c2it rep you spoke with wasn't in the know with regard to your deposit. C2it received the list to pay from last friday, possibly monday and said they would take a week to get the $ in your account.

Take a deep breath and enjoy the weekend. My guess is that you will see the deposit in your c2it account early next week!

Regards,

Chris Barker

STILL no payment! And now you have a new promotion going. You would think they would pay off the old one first.

BTW, I spoke to c2it they say Auction Watch is the hold up here.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Auctions are all about 2 people wanting 1 item. The trick is having it listed when the 2 bidders are looking.

Well, I, too, spoke to c2it again this afternoon, and they again reiterated that the
payments are generated by AW and that AW must originate a mail to the qualified user
stating that the cash is available once the deposit has been transmitted by AW.

The promo was offered to users by AW - not c2it - and the onus falls upon AW (in
agency) to follow through and see that the actions are affected in a timely manner.

We have had varying replies from AW in the past two weeks, and none have come to
fruition. As much as we would like to “let go of it,” guesses and suppositions won’t hunt anymore. The whole matter is AW’s responsibility, and we are looking forward to
immediate, positive action!

I do hope someone at AW will address this issue on Wednesday.

Thanks,

Hello everyone,

We have been told by C2it that due to system problems, there was a delay in posting the refunds but they should be in your accounts today. Thank you for your patience!
