We need a nice way to manage the NPB's we all get. I would be real nice if in the post sale section their was some radio buttons or check boxes that we can set to the 3 step process of getting our money back. Also is would be nice if their was a section in the Post Sale part of the site that said NPB Management and clicking on that would list the auctions with a number system like the post sale section but it would just have 1-2-3 instead of the 8 steps for post sale. We could then just have the 3 buttons that let us easily click to do the steps and also we could do it on several auctons at once. It does not have to be like I describe but you get the picture. Just some sort of way to manage NPB's.

YEAH, I agree this would be GREAT!! Also, I would like to see (maybe included in the NPB key) a key to keep track of who you sent reminders to ex: WBN Reminder and Payment reminder, ya know the steps you do before actually turning them in as a NPB. Right now, I find it hard to remember who I have sent these to and I am usually in too big of a hurry to write it down.

Yeah, ecomputeremporium, I asked for this months ago and all that I have seen that is new is the way that screens look. They supposedly sent it to development then, and have heard nothing of it yet. I also was told that we need some sort of report tool, or export tool for our accounting. I have waited, and waited, and am ready to go to one that can provide me with this. They are out there. I am not sure if they take these comments seriously, but I am a large seller, and these are very important tools to funtion. I will be waiting for a true response to this from someone, other than
"I have passed it on to Product Development."

Keep watch of the message center for announcements on new features. I cannot what for sure out of all your suggestions will be available, but there are new features in the works that do address some of these concerns. Sorry I cannot give an ETA.
