Hi, has anyone ever tried to download data from closed sales? Can it be done?
I'd like to dump it all into a spreadsheet and then add "Payment method", "Shipping charged", "Date shipped", and "Actual shipping paid".
Then I want to add up everything and subtract my "overhead" (tape, gas, etc.)
I like AuctionWatch's "Schedule" feature so don't want to try another auction management program or even worse, BUY ONE!
We are in the same situation here. I have tried to cut and paste into EXCEL spreadsheet and was able to do so, but haven't been able to figure out a sort process.
Perhaps you would like to try that yourself, and if you find a way to sort this information would be very interested in hearing how you did it.

I cut and paste the info from the ebay seller list on to one excel sheet. Delete the stuff I do not want and paste whats left to my working spreadsheet.
I use the filters in excel to view only open and unpaid auction but I can always see everything if I want to.
Hope that helps!
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Auctions are all about 2 people wanting 1 item. The trick is having it listed when the 2 bidders are looking.

I figured out that I could copy-and-paste into Excel but I can't figure out how to transfer the Post-Auction check-box thingies.
Apparently they are images, but when I try to determine their links they all look the same. wsacp.auctionwatch/my/acp/pam_checklist.html?luids=01000...(.auctionid #)xx
My idea was that if each image (one checked box, 2 checked boxes, etc) had a different URL I could then make URL1=1 check, etc to tell Excel to but an "x" in a box also.
Wish list: real check-boxes instead of images so they would copy and paste into Excel.
